Check-out time: 11am – late check-out available (USD$25) until 2pm and (USD$50) until 5pm

Welcome Starter Pack: If you arrive after-hours, we offer a Welcome Starter Pack for USD $35.00 which includes the following items: tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread, jam, butter, sugar, two bottled waters, and two beers (Banks). If interested, please email res@thepalmsresort.net to order.

Booking: A 50% deposit is required when booking directly. Please read our cancellation policy.

Security Deposit: US$100.00 is required on arrival charged to a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), refundable upon check out.

Bajan VAT Tax: A Value Added Tax (Vat) of 7.5% is included in the rate. 

Room Levy fee of $4.38USD per night is payable upon arrival.

Children 12 years and under stay free. 

Cots are available for US$5/day.

Beach towels:  US$5 one time charge, dirty towels must be swapped for clean towels.

Maid Service: is avaiblalbe (conditions apply during public holidays)

In-Room Safe: US$3/day 

7 -15 days prior to arrival – 3-night penalty fee (excluding Christmas & New Year*).

0-6 days prior to arrival- 4 nights fee (excluding Christmas).

*21 December – 05 January: 50% penalty fee for any cancellations received after October 1st and 100% penalty fee for any cancellation received after November 21st for this travel period.
